FirmPilot started with my brother. He’s the attorney in the family, practicing in the competitive Miami legal market.
He did what most firms do. He hired agencies. Four of them. Every one promised to grow his practice. Every one delivered excuses instead of cases.
My background is in AI, so we did some experiments and learned that search rewards legal content built with real structure and intent, not generic output. We turned that into a system. That system became FirmPilot.
