Most law firms that invest in marketing are still guessing. They hire an agency, wait 90 days for a report, and hope the results justify the spend. Meanwhile, high-intent searchers are choosing someone else.
That model is broken. And it’s why we built FirmPilot.
Today, we’re announcing the close of our Series A-1 funding round, led by DeepWork Capital, with significant investment from Data Point Capital and participation from existing investors including Blumberg Capital and Thomson Reuters Ventures. This brings our total funding to $27.25M.
We didn’t raise this round to run more ads about running ads. We raised it to accelerate what we’re already proving works.
What we’ve built so far
FirmPilot’s AI analyzes your competitive landscape, identifies the searches that actually produce retained cases, and builds content and ad strategy around real data. Not templates. Not gut instinct.
Since 2023, that approach has generated tens of thousands of qualified leads for law firms across the U.S. Clients have seen 180%+ increases in case volume. Our AI knowledge model has processed more than 5 million pieces of legal marketing content and draws from a proprietary database of 3,000+ relevant legal cases, so the content it produces ranks in traditional search and in AI-driven results surfaced by tools like ChatGPT.
For a five-attorney firm competing in a saturated market, that precision is the difference between growth and waste.
What this funding builds next
Two initiatives are driving how we deploy this capital.
First, we’re building our next-generation AI model, 10x the training data of our current model, with a planned rollout to all clients by Q3 2026. Deeper content creation, smarter optimization, and faster time to ROI.
Second, we’re developing direct integrations with leading case management platforms. This means FirmPilot will ingest actual case value data and use it to direct marketing spend toward the searches and channels producing the highest-value clients. For the first time, law firms will be able to connect marketing spend directly to case outcomes with precision.
That’s not a feature. That’s a different category of tool.
Why it matters for your firm
Every hour, more than 1,000 people in the U.S. search for legal help. Seventy-five percent never scroll past the first page. The firms capturing those searches aren’t working harder than everyone else. They’re using better data and faster optimization.
Firms that make the shift from guesswork to AI-driven growth now are building a lead advantage that compounds. Firms that wait are narrowing their window.
FirmPilot exists to make that shift practical for 2 to 15 attorney firms that don’t have a marketing department, don’t want one, and need results tied to retained cases, not impressions.
This round gives us the resources to help more firms get there, faster.
